To me, design is like role-play where I get to be in the character, uncover user problems based on data and interviews. It’s also scientific as we’re constantly testing to improve the users’ every day experience. This is why I love design.

With my 4-years of design specific experience, I’ve led multiple end-to-end product designs from research and scoping to development which contribute to the business’ strategies, web, in app and AI conversational designs.

I’m a self-taught designer — through earning Design Thinking certification, researching instructional videos and learning on the job, I’ve collected strong skillsets in my toolbox. I don’t stop there, I’m constantly learning and finding new inspiration to bring to my designs.
