Design is like role-play where I get to be in the character, uncover user problems based on data and interviews. Design is also like being an investigator, trying to dig deep and find the core pain points and solving it as a team. This is why I love design.
My journey into design wasn't traditional. I started in Commerce and Media, being in marketing and public relations, but quickly realised it wasn't for me. I transitioned into product design through earning Design Thinking certification, watching a lot of YouTubes, and learning on the job in Optus as an AI Product Designer.

Where it all began. I started as a graduate during Covid (2020–2022), then grew into AI product design before moving into mobile app design to broaden my craft end to end.

This is when I'm deep in tech & AI. I was in Jira Service Management, working across AI-powered knowledge base and virtual agent products, and worked in three squads in a single year!

Designing for trust… I focused on compliance and customer safety, helping protect trading activities through the introduction of multi-factor authentication.

My passion for AI started early in my career, building AI features for contact centres and customers. Now it's part of my design process — from speeding up research to vibe coding and bringing new ideas to life.

Morning or afternoon, coffee is my favourite way to connect — especially when I’m new to a team and getting to know people.

My secret to reset — vinyasa flow. It feels like dancing, moving smoothly from one pose to the next, helping me slow down and refocus.
